The Quickfoot 4040 is a machine foot specifically designed for 40×40 mm aluminum profiles compliant with the Bosch Rexroth and MK standard.
Installing the machine foot does not require any prior modification of the aluminum profile. There is no need for pre-drilling, thread cutting, adhesive bonding, press-fitting, or pre-assembly. The foot is simply screwed directly into the central bore of the profile.

The threaded section of the machine foot is not a conventional metric thread. Due to its special geometry, it roll-forms a thread into the inner wall of the aluminum profile tube during installation.
This resulting threaded connection provides exceptionally high axial load capacity while remaining free of lateral play.

Installation is performed using a T50 Torx key. Once installed, the plastic base of the machine foot can be rotated manually for fine adjustment. This is particularly useful when leveling aluminum profile structures or eliminating rocking or instability.

Which aluminum profiles is this leveling foot compatible with? 

It is primarily designed for 40×40 mm (4040) aluminum profiles.
In addition, the leveling foot can also be installed into standard 80×40 (8040) profiles (up to two feet per profile) and 80×80 (8080) profiles (up to four feet per profile) according to Bosch Rexroth and MK profile standards.

❓ Do I need to drill the profile before installation?

No.  The leveling foot uses a self-tapping screw and is simply driven into the end of the profile.

❓ Do I need a T-nut or any additional hardware?

No.  No T-nuts or additional components are required.  Installation requires a T50 Torx tool.

❓ What tool is required for installation?

A T50 Torx key or bit is required.  The tool is not included and must be provided by the user.

❓ How long does installation take?

Installing one foot takes approximately 20–30 seconds.  A complete table or stand can be leveled in 2–3 minutes.

❓ What is the leveling adjustment range?

Approximately 10–15 mm, which is more than sufficient for workbenches and stands.

❓ Can it support the weight of a heavy table or stand?

Yes. It is designed for workbenches, stands, 3D printers, and similar structures. It is not intended for industrial presses or extreme dynamic loads.

❓ Will the table wobble?

No. The foot geometry provides stable support and allows precise leveling.

❓ Does the foot protrude beyond the profile footprint?

No. The foot has a Ø33 mm base diameter, which is smaller than the 40×40 mm profile cross-section. This allows:

• placing the table directly against a wall,

• positioning multiple tables closely side by side,

• avoiding any protruding edges that could interfere with placement.

This is especially useful in compact workshops.

❓ What material is the leveling foot made of?

Polypropylene (PP). It is impact-resistant, non-brittle, and does not crack under normal use.

❓ Can it be used outdoors?

It is suitable for covered, dry environments.  It is not intended for long-term outdoor exposure (rain, UV).

❓ Can the leveling foot be removed later?

Yes. The foot can be unscrewed, and the aluminum profile remains undamaged.

❓ What is included in the package?

4 adjustable leveling feet . This is sufficient for one complete table or stand.  The T50 Torx tool is not included.

❓ Why is it not available in multiple sizes?

This is a targeted DIY solution, not a compromise universal part.  The 4040 profile is the most commonly used size for tables and stands, so the product was optimized for this application.  Compatibility with 80-series profiles is provided as an additional benefit.

❓ Where is the product manufactured?

In the European Union, in Hungary, produced in small batches.

❓ What if the product doesn’t work for me?
